Refund & Exchange policy
VERYTABL is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem as per the Swedish consumer law. If there is no receipt for your return, we will not be able to make a refund. VERYTABL does not take any responsibility for chocolate melting during transit. The quality of our products is our main priority. We work with the couriers to ensure the products are delivered in the best condition. By proceeding through checkout (the customer will have the notification appear) you agree that VERYTABL are not responsible for any delays and will not issue refunds for any orders that are delayed or melted as a result of the Swedish Post service. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or levies of any kind on the products. All Transactions will be charged in SEK. Please note if you’re buying from outside Sweden, our currency converter is just an estimate and may vary slightly upon checkout.
Shipments sent to agents remain for 14 days from the time the package arrives. If you as a customer do not pick up your package, it will be returned to VERYTABL. In the event of an unredeemed package, we reserve the right in accordance with § 41 KKL to charge you as a customer the costs for return shipping and handling costs.
If you discover any defect in your product and want to make a complaint, you always contact our customer service directly, either via email firstname.lastname@example.org . Feel free to send an email containing your order number, pictures of the defective product and describe the error and we will help you further in the matter. A complaint without documentation in the form of a picture is not accepted, so do not throw away the product until you have received a response to your complaint.
