Order confirmation

Your order is approved when VERYTABL has confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to your specified e-mail. The order confirmation is sent automatically via our database without manual review. Change and cancel orders

What if I put the incorrect address on my order and it’s already been dispatched ?

In this case, please contact as soon as possible. Staff will contact Swedish Post or any other courier chosen, to see if the parcel can be redirected. If it cannot be redirected the Post will return it to our warehouse. In this case you will be responsible for paying shipping costs to have the parcel sent out again to the correct address.

Force majeure

VERYTABL reserves the right that the delivery may take longer in the event of, for example, operational errors, strikes, Force Majeure, or delays within the shipping companies' distribution network and other unpredictable events that VERYTABL cannot control.


If you discover any defect in your product and want to make a complaint, you always contact our customer service directly, either via email . Feel free to send an email containing your order number, pictures of the defective product and describe the error and we will help you further in the matter. A complaint without documentation in the form of a picture is not accepted, so do not throw away the product until you have received a response to your complaint.
